研究領域為礦床學及礦床地球化學，研究方向主要集中在金、銻、鉛、鋅、銅等熱淋照茅液礦床的成礦過程及成礦理論研究，重點注重於熱液成礦過程中抹旋謎元素的富集-遷移-沉澱行為厘定及同位素分餾變化等方面。
