簡 歷

畢業後在華大基因研究中心工作，2003年成立中國科學院北京基因組研究所，即轉入研究所工作，至今。工作期間參與了1%人類基因組計畫，水稻基因組計畫，SARS疫苗研發，腫瘤基因組計畫；參與了第一代測序儀377、Megabace1000、ABI3730和第二代測序儀Solid、Solexa、Hiseq2000套用標準流程的建立。
