國家自然科學基金青年基金1項、湖南省自然科學基金青年基金1項,先後參加國家973課題、國家自然科學基金面上項目、國家重點研發計畫等課題。相關研究成果先後發表在Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, Meat Science, Journal of Animal Science, Journal of functional foods和Journal of Animal Science & Biotechnology等權威期刊,以第一作者/通訊作者在SCI收錄期刊上發表科研論文近20篇,其中JCR一區文章14篇(有7篇為TOP期刊論文),參編英文專著1部。
