2010.09 - 2016.06,武漢大學測繪學院,大地測量學與測量工程(碩博連讀);
2017年2月至2021年12月,在德國地學研究中心從事科研工作;
2022年12月,入職長安大學。

科研成就
李盼教授一直活躍在全球導航衛星系統 GNSS 高精度數據處理技術與方法的學術前沿,在廣域精密定位、單站模糊度固定算法研究和科學套用等方面進行了大量和深入的研究,在國際大地測量領域權威期刊 Journal of Geodesy、GPS Solutions 和 Remote Sensing 等發表 SCI 期刊論文近 40 篇,其中第一或通訊作者 SCI 論文 17 篇,ESI 高引論文 1 篇,取得了突出的科研成果。
