李發生,博士、研究員、博士生導師,第九屆“中國青年科技獎”獲得者,享受國務院政府特殊津貼專家,研究領域為工業污染土地風險評估與環境修復。

現任中國環境科學研究院 總工程師,土壤污染與控制研究室主任 首席專家。
