1997-2002： 就讀於天津大學建築學院城市規劃系，獲學士學位；
2002-2003： 天津大學城市規劃設計研究院規劃師；
2007：英國仕邦(ESP)建築設計公司總規劃師；
2007-至今：天津大學建築學院城市規劃系教授；

主要貢獻
從2003年至今在中外各學術期刊和國際會議上發表論文30餘篇，並受邀在美國華盛頓大學，夏威夷大學，加拿大哥倫比亞大學，日本東京大學，京都大學，德國包浩斯學校，香港中文大學，馬來西亞科技大學，以及中國的清華大學，復旦大學，南京大學，東南大學，同濟大學等高校講學和參加國際學術會議和進行學術交流。提出“路徑依賴論(Path Dependent)”與城市發展的關係，指出不完全的制度變遷是導致中國轉型期房地產市場混亂的根源所在。為中國轉型期的制度變遷提供了理論依據。
