李明雪，女，1971年3月生，副教授，目前主要從事金屬配合物的設計和生物活性的基礎研究。重點是設計一些具有生物活性的配體及其金屬配合物，評價所合成的化合物的抗腫瘤活性及腫瘤治療選擇性的影響，初步分析配體的構效關係，分析金屬的引入對配體生物活性的影響，進一步篩選出抗癌譜廣，生物活性高、毒性小的金屬配合物，為新藥研究開發奠定基礎。
