李明雪

李明雪,女,1971年3月生,副教授,主要從事金屬配合物的設計和生物活性的基礎研究。重點是設計一些具有生物活性的配體及其金屬配合物,評價所合成的化合物的抗腫瘤活性及腫瘤治療選擇性的影響,初步分析配體的構效關係,分析金屬的引入對配體生物活性的影響,進一步篩選出抗癌譜廣,生物活性高、毒性小的金屬配合物,為新藥研究開發奠定基礎。
