李忠佩：廣西桂林市臨桂區人。中國科學院南京土壤研究所創新研究員，博士生導師，土壤生物與生物化學研究室副主任，土壤有機物質轉化與土壤功能演變研究組負責人，中國植物營養學會土壤肥力專業委員會副主任。長期從事土壤生物化學、土壤生態學研究。已發表論文80餘篇，其中SCI論文10篇。曾獲國家科技進步獎二等獎1次。研究領域：干擾過程與生態系統回響和適應、土壤生物化學過程。
