個人簡介

男,1972年5月生於福建漳浦縣。1994年畢業於中國科技大學物理系,1999年中科院物理所理學博士,獲“院長特別獎”,博士論文獲得2001年度全國百篇優秀博士學位論文獎。1999-2003先後在香港科技大學美國華盛頓大學和美國能源部Ames實驗室從事科研工作, 2004年1月入選中國科學院“百人計畫”並獲“擇優支持”,2008年終期評價為優秀。2005年獲國家傑出青年科學基金資助,2011年獲中國光學學會王大珩光學獎”。2014-2016年在中國科學院物理研究所任研究員,L01組課題組長,中國科技大學物理系兼職教授。2016年10月起任華南理工大學物理與光電學院教授、博士生導師,人工光、聲微結構物理實驗室主任。任EPL Co-Editor,《光學學報》、《科學通報》和Advanced Optical Materials編委。 2014年入選湯森路透全球高被引科學家,2016年入選愛思維爾中國高被引科學家。

主要研究方向

光子晶體、納米光子學、表面電漿光學、非線性光學、量子光學、雷射技術、基礎量子物理中的理論、計算、實驗和套用研究。
在光子晶體,納米光子學,負折射介質,表面電漿光學,非線性光學和量子光學中電磁場問題的理論和實驗研究上取得多項創新成果。主要包括:
(1) 微納光學中解析理論和數值計算方法的發展和套用,包括鏡像偶極子耦合模型,平面波傳遞矩陣方法(PWTMM),離散偶極子方法(DDA),解析模式展開方法,非線性耦合模理論等;
(2) 光子晶體能帶設計(包括各向異性材料的套用);
(3) 光子晶體及微腔中原子自發輻射和熱輻射及其它量子光學問題的的研究;
(4) 光子晶體無序和缺陷對光子帶隙的影響;
(5) 通訊波段矽光子晶體集成器件的設計和製作;
(6) 周期和準周期人工微結構負折射效應的理論和實驗研究;
(7) 金屬納米顆粒和納米結構及器件的表面電漿光學性質的理論、實驗和套用研究;
(8) 金屬微納結構中表面等離激元增強的螢光、拉曼、非線性、增益放大和激射等研究;
(9) 非線性光子晶體準相位匹配和光子帶隙效應,及其在高效的二次諧波、三次諧波和高次諧波等非線性頻率轉換的套用研究;
(10) Kerr非線性光子晶體超快光開關和邏輯功能器件的研究;
(11) 磁光光子晶體新奇物理性質的研究;
(12) 矽光子晶體全光二極體、隔離器和三極體的研製;
(13) 矽光子晶體高Q微腔的研製及其與量子點、石墨烯、聚合物等新材料的相互作用研究;
(14) 表面電漿全息術的發明及表面等離激元波前調控研究;
(15) 光鑷技術的發展及其用於微觀介質顆粒的捕獲和操縱,以及金屬納米顆粒的捕獲、操縱及表面電漿共振調控研究;
(16) 微納尺度上非線性光學的理論和實驗研究;
(17)微納體系中拉曼散射理論的發展及其在SERS和TERS上的套用;
(18)三維微納加工技術的發展及其在高靈敏度光學感測器件和高通量超分辨近場光學顯微鏡探針製備上的套用;
(19)白光雷射技術的發展和套用。

論文發表及學術會議

至2017-3-2,已在SCI 收錄的物理學和材料科學期刊上作為主要作者發表論文380多篇,其中包括 Chem. Soc. Rev.,Phys.Rev. Lett.,JACS,Adv. Mater.,Nano Lett.,ACS Nano, Light: Sci. Appl.和Laser Photonics Rev.等高影響因子(IF>7)期刊論文70多篇,Appl. Phys. Lett.,Opt. Lett.,Opt. Express, Phys. Rev.,Langmuir,J. Phys. Chem. B 等IF>3期刊論文超過130篇。應邀為 J. Mater. Chem. C, Particles, EPL,Phys. Solidi Status A, Photonics Research,《科學通報》, Frontiers of Physics, 《光學學報》等國內外雜誌撰寫綜述論文,並為Advances in Photonic Crystals 以及《納米結構與性能的理論計算與模擬》等專著撰寫章節。論文被SCI引用16,000 多次,H-index 為59,其中45篇論文被引用超過100 次,在國際/國內重要學術會議上做邀請報70/30多次。研究成果於2009、2010、2015年入選《雷射和光電子學進展》雜誌評選的“中國光學重要成果”。

目前的研究課題及展望

1 金屬納米顆粒和納米結構及器件的表面電漿光學的理論、實驗和套用研究; 2 非線性光子晶體的高效頻率轉換研究;3 白光雷射技術研究; 4 光鑷技術的發展和套用;5 高分辨光學顯微和光聲顯微成像研究;6 微納尺度光和物質相互作用理論的發展和套用; 7 量子物理的基礎問題研究。
作為負責人主持如下科研項目:國家自然科學基金重點項目;國家973項目和重大研究計畫項目子課題;國家自然科學基金面上項目。

培養研究生情況

已畢業博士生(包括合作培養)31名,碩士生4名,博士後2名;現招有博士生5名,碩士生4名。擬每年招收2-3名碩士和博士生。除了碩博連讀生外, 歡迎有研究經驗的優秀碩士報考博士生。另外,也招收有經驗的博士後以及青年固定研究人員。
