個人簡介
男,漢族,山東青島人,1963年12月生,博士,教育部長江學者特聘教授。現任內蒙古大學實驗動物研究中心主任、生命科學學院副院長、生殖生物學及生物技術教育部重點實驗室主任。省部共建國家重點實驗室負責人。1985年7月獲山東大學生物系動物學專業理學學士。分別於1990年7月和1998年12月在東北農業大學獲得動物解剖與組織胚胎學專業理學碩士和博士學位。1998年12月至2000年7月在中國科學院動物研究所計畫生育國家重點實驗室作博士後研究,副研究員。自2000年7月至2003年2月,先後在美國科羅拉多州立大學動物繁殖與生物工程實驗室,猶他州立大學動物乳品和獸醫科學係為訪問學者。2003年3月至2007年10月任猶他州立大學動物、乳品和獸醫科學系研究助理教授。於2007年5月以教育部長江學者特聘教授身份受聘於內蒙古大學實驗動物研究中心。

1.世界上首例克隆騾子--2003 年3匹克隆騾問世,成果發表於 ?科學? 雜誌。
2.2000年獲得世界上首例初級卵母細胞核移植後的哺乳動物個體--兔。
3.2001 年獲得世界上首例次級卵母細胞紡錘體交換後的哺乳動物個體--小鼠。
4.1998年獲得世界上第二例胚胎細胞克隆豬。
5.數百頭克隆牛的創造者。
6.異種克隆大熊貓的主要參入者. 1999年度國家十大科技新聞之一。
7.共發表論文70多篇, 其中SCI 論文28篇;主編及參編學術著作4部; 參與翻譯專著一部。
