曲波，男，遼寧省特聘教授、博導，博士畢業於哈爾濱醫科大學社會醫學與衛生事業管理學專業。
現任中國醫科大學黨委常委、副校長，國際醫學教育研究院教育評價與管理研究室主任。

個人簡介
擔任中國高等教育學會理事會理事、中華預防醫學會衛生事業管理分會委員、遼寧省醫學會科普分會主委等多個學會職務。擔任國內外多個學術期刊的編委、審稿專家，參編多部國家級規劃教材。多年致力於愛滋病流行病學、醫學教育評價與管理等研究領域，主持4項國家自然科學基金項目和多項省部級課題，積極參與教育部臨床醫學專業認證工作委員會臨床醫學專業認證及標準修訂工作。發表論文百餘篇，並以主要完成人獲得多項國家級與省級教學成果獎。
現任中國醫科大學黨委常委、副校長，國際醫學教育研究院教育評價與管理研究室主任。
