摘要	以往報道的孢囊放線菌, 均從土壤中分離, 從植物或其產品分離的報導甚少. 我們在研究茶葉的微生物區系中, 分離到耐高溫放線菌TK8302 菌株.該菌株屬孢囊放線菌 (Actinosporangium), 經形態學, 培育特徵, 生理生化特征和細胞壁化學成分等方面的測定, 鑑定結果為一新種, 命名為普洱孢囊放線菌 (Actinosporangium puerhense nov. sp.).
Abstract	This paper describes a new methane-utilizing bacterium isolated from a methane-pro-ducing anaerobic digester. The isolate P1 utilizesmethane or methanol as carbon and energy source and has membrane of type I. It formed azotobacter-type cyst in their growth cycle anddid not inhibit growth on CH4 with 0.1% W/V yeast extrat, malate, acetate and succinate. It was obviously differentiated from any described speciesin Methylobacter, therefore was designated as Methylobacter luteolo-croceus sp. nov.
