時曉磊，1982年9月出生，博士，副教授。主要從事食品安全與食物過敏方面的研究，主要的研究內容有天然產物抗過敏活性研究、易致敏食品的低致敏性等方面。先後主持國家自然科學基金、教育部博士點新教師基金、吉林大學引進人才基金等科研項目。在SCI收錄的學術期刊發表論文多篇，其中以第一作者或通訊聯繫人身份發表SCI論文13篇。
