施茜，教授、設計學博士（博士後）、江蘇理工學院劉海粟藝術學院副院長、雙碩士、英國劍橋大學、美國普林斯頓大學訪問學者（省政府獎學金資助），美國康奈爾大學東亞項目成員、江蘇省美術家協會會員；被評為江蘇省高校“青藍工程”優秀青年年骨幹教師（江蘇省教育廳）、江蘇省高校“青藍工程”中青年學術帶頭人（江蘇省教育廳）、江蘇省“333高層次人才培養工程”中青年科學技術帶頭人（江蘇省人社廳）、江蘇省“六大人才高峰”第十一批高層次人才(江蘇省人社廳)。
獲得中國博士後科學研究基金一級資助，主持教育部人文社會科學研究課題並結題，主持江蘇省教育廳人文社科課題、負責國家社科基金藝術學項目子課題；論文獲江蘇省第十二屆哲學社會科學優秀成果三等獎、江蘇省哲學社會科學界學術大會三等獎、論著《與萬籟鳴同時代的海上時尚設計圈》獲教育部高校人文學術文庫全額資助出版並獲江蘇省第十三屆哲學社會科學優秀成果二等獎。繪畫及設計作品多次在全國、省級展覽中入選及獲獎。
