施祖進，教授，1964年生。1991年獲北京師範大學理學碩士，1996 年獲北京大學理學博士學位，1996~1998年為北京大學化學學院博士後。 2001~ 2002年，日本名古屋大學化學系，日本學術振興會訪問學者。 2004年，日本筑波大學訪問學者。2006年，英國Ulster大學訪問學者。
