自2008年施璐德成立以來，轉眼已經走過了十多個年頭，大家從五湖四海把夢想和對自己的期待聚集到一起，共同成就了施璐德這個大家庭。此書的作者都是施璐德亞洲有限公司的員工或家屬，內容也都是關於公司、關於個人成長的點滴。目的是凝聚感情，凝練經驗，更為大家能一起把施璐德建設得更好，讓每一位家人能在這裡心有所安，樂有所享。施璐德決定從2016年起，每年出版一本《施璐德年鑑》。內容可以是經驗總結、技術論說、文學作品、心得感悟等以合適體裁成文、成畫。未來編輯和出版的一本本年鑑將是公司成長里程中具有歷史價值的記憶冊，同時能夠有效傳播公司的文化與理念，起到行業與社會價值。
