教育背景
中國科學技術大學近代物理系學紋斷士和碩士,香港中文大學物理系博士。
工作履歷
曾到章端廈美國休斯頓大學化學系訪問,德國柏林洪堡大學物理系博士後,曾任廈門大學物理系半導體光子學研究中心高工,教授級高工甩廈尋己,教授,博導。2016年12月起任復旦大學信息科學與工程學院教授。

研究方向

(寬禁帶)半導體材料物理;半導體照明研發與套用;表面科學。

主要成就

曾主持或參與國家自然科學基金項目,"863計畫",您求擊國防基礎葛局想研究計畫,省市重點科技計畫等項目,包括已主持完成國家自然喇熱請旬探射符科學基金項目3項。
