大氣化學與環境，主要興趣有氣候變化相關污染物的大氣觀測與研究，大氣氣溶膠的源、生成和演變機理(包括物理與化學性質)，氣溶膠及溫室氣體對環境及氣候變化的影響，生態-大氣的相互作用，揮發性有機物的排放和沉降，大氣自由基的反應活性和在環境和氣候變化中的作用，大氣探測儀器研發，在已有的合作基礎上(歐洲、美國和亞洲)，繼續深入地跟歐洲、美洲、亞洲和其他地區的著名大學和科研機構進行實質性科研合作，積極參與國際國內大規模大氣外場觀測與實驗室研究。
