戴家樺

戴家樺，男，1965年10月生，安徽懷寧人，博士，研究員，博士生導師；中國科學院動物研究所動物生態與保護生物學院重點實驗室副主任，生態毒理學研究組組長。

個人簡歷

1999年在南京大學獲博士學位，2000-2005年先後在同濟大學，美國德克薩斯州立大學和美國康乃爾大學從事博士後研究工作。2005年入選中國科學院“百人計畫”，2010年國家傑出青年基金獲得者。主要從事分子生態毒理學和生物化學研究。

近5年來，在J. Proteome Res., Toxicol. and Appl. Pharm., Environ. Sci. & Technol.等國際學術刊物上發表SCI文章50多篇，其中第一和通訊作者文章36篇，24篇發表在相關領域的JCR前15%刊物上，被國際同行引用200多次。

教研成果

已畢業博士研究生5人（均獲得博士學位），碩士研究生3人（均獲得碩士學位）。其中，四人獲“中國科學院優秀畢業生”稱號。已畢業博士生中有3人在美國從事博士後研究工作，1人留所從事研究工作。畢業碩士研究生中，一人在美國伊利諾伊大學－香檳分校攻讀博士學位。目前在讀博士研究生和碩士研究生共7人。10人次獲得中國科學院“朱麗葉華一等獎學金”和保潔優秀研究生獎學金”等。

研究領域

本課題組著眼於生態毒理學的國際前沿領域開展工作，研究新型持久性污染物在野生動物體內的分布特徵，以及這些污染物對動物的毒性效應及機制，評估新型持久性污染物對野生動物的健康及繁衍的潛在威脅。

首次摸清了我國圈養野生動物體內全氟烷酸（PFAAs）的分布特徵，揭示PFAAs在野生動物體內具有富集及生物放大效應。

另外，在大、小熊貓體內發現十溴二苯乙烷（DBDPE）的累積，該結果改變了“十溴二苯乙烷不能被陸生生物利用”的觀點，使科學界開始重新審視其生物可利用性和生物效應。

發現全氟烷酸主要抑制脂肪酸和膽固醇的合成和轉運。在哺乳動物肝臟，PFAAs主要通過激活過氧化物酶體增殖劑受體（PPARs）及其下游基因的表達發揮毒性作用。

發現稀有鮈鯽暴露PFAAs後，雄性個體出現雌雄同體現象，雄魚肝臟卵黃蛋白酶原mRNA、蛋白，以及雌激素受體表達均升高，提示PFAAs具有潛在的生殖內分泌干擾作用。

觀察到PFAA能夠干擾哺乳動物睪丸類固醇（睪酮和孕酮）的合成，導致血清睪酮水平明顯降低。進一步研究揭示了PFAAs生殖內分泌毒性作用的機理－主要通過抑制類固醇激素合成急性調節蛋白(StAR)對膽固醇的轉運干擾性激素的合成。
