《A Lover’s Concerto》，原自十七世紀德國著名作曲家巴哈(Johann Sebastian Bach)，於1722至1725年間寫給他第二任妻子Anna Magdalena作練習用途的一段G調小步舞曲樂譜。中文名是《戀人協奏曲》。

1965年（四十年多前），美國知名詞曲作家 Sandy Linzer 和 Denny Randell 獨具慧眼將幾乎每個學鋼琴的人都彈過的一首小品——德國“音樂之父”Bach 的《初級鋼琴曲集》第1首《G大調小步舞曲》，填上看來不怎么起眼的歌詞，並重新命名為“A Lover Concerto”---戀人協奏曲，交由 The Toys 女聲組合演唱，結果大受歡迎，成為當年流行排行榜的耀眼明珠。
大部分古典音樂作品改編成通俗版是採取把節奏加快的方式，以符合現代人的節奏口味，Toys這首情歌卻獨具慧眼，將巴哈原作的快板三拍旋律拉開，改稱靈魂樂曲的slow rock，將它柔軟化，抒情化，使其成為流行歌壇的少見異數。其後更被Sarah Vaughan、The Delfonics、Diana Ross & The Supremes、Cilla Black等歌手及樂隊翻唱。
相傳安娜瑪德蓮娜是巴哈心愛的人。 巴哈的音樂多是屬悲式，唯獨這首，是巴哈為了他的愛人而譜的唯一一首愛情旋律的小步舞曲，所以它還有個名字就是：安娜瑪德蓮娜。
