惠普公司創建於戴維家的車庫,惠普公司至今認為,只有客戶需要的產品和服務才能出得了車庫。車庫法則的意思就是創新、創新、再創新。孫振耀對車庫法則的定義就是“原來的核心價值觀,加上創新的行為準則”。車庫法則將新惠普與公司創始人的精神和初衷結合在一起,是惠普之道在新世紀的重新表述,即“原來的核心價值觀,加上創新的行為準則”。因為價值觀是永恆的,但是實現價值觀的方法不是永恆的,方法是有階段性的,在不同的時段里有不同的好方法。
法則內容
·相信你可以改變世界。
·迅速工作,隨時工作,時時工作待命。
·了解何時該獨思自主,何時該團隊合作。
·與同仁分享你的主意與工具,信任他們。
·不玩政治,杜絕官僚作風。(這在車庫裡本就很可笑)
·由客戶來決定你的工作是否做得很好。
·激進的創見不一定是餿主意。
·創造不同的工作方法。
·每天要有貢獻。如果你當天成果沒有貢獻,就不應該離開車庫。
·相信團隊合作可以萬事皆成。
·發明創新。
