摘要
作者通過大量標本主對已定名標 本的研究, 根據菌肉菌絲體的類型及實體的形態特徵重新 修訂了中國乾酪菌屬. 該屬共有22個種,其中包括3個新 種[(Tyromyces armeniacus Zhao et Zhang, Tyromyces imbricatus Zhao et Zhang,Tyromyces tibeticus Zhao et Zhang) 和6個新紀錄[Tyromyces duracinus (pat.) murr, Tyromyces delectans (Peck) Lowe, Tyromyces pelliculosus (Berk.) Cunn,Tyromyces carpatorossicus (Pilat ex Pilat) Bond, Tyromyces semisupinus (Berk. & Curt.) Murr, Tyromyces trichrous (Berk. & Curt.) Lowe].
Abstract
Five species of Microsphaera lev. on the host family Caprifoliaceae are reported in China, namely Microsphera dipeltae Yu et Lai sp. nov.(on Dipelta floribunda Maxim.) Microsphera erlangshanensis Yu sp. nov. (on lonicera hispida Pall.) Microsphera lonicerae (DC.) Winter, Microsphera van-brunetiana Gerardand Microsphera viburni (Duby) Blumer, among which the first two are new to science. Key to the species of the Microsphaera on Caprifoliaceae is presented Latin and Chinese diagnoses and illustrations for thetwo new spcies, host range and geographic distribution of all the five species are given. Main differences between the above-mentioned species and their closely related species are also briefly discussed.
The new species Microsphaera dipeltae Yu et Lai exhibits some similarities to Microsphera abeliae Homma and Microsphera viburni (Duby) Blumer.This new speciesis distinguished from Microsphera abeliae by its smaller size of asci, more numerous and much longer appendages,recurved ultimate branchlets,and larger number of ascospore Microsphera dipeltae is distinct from Microsphera viburni by its much larger perithecia,shorter appendages,larger number of asci and smaller size of ascospores.
Homma (1937) identified the specimens with shorter recurved appendages on Lonicera as Microsphaera alni (Wallr.) Salmon (i.e. M.penicillata (Wallr: Fr.) Lev.).In ouropinion, the host range of this species should be limited to a single family,Betulaceae.
Microsphaera erlangshanensis Yu sp. nov. shows certain affinity with with M.viburni (Duby) Blumer.This new species differs, however, from the latter in larger perithecia, much shorter appendages, as well as larger number of asci and ascospores.
Type specimens of the new species are deposited in the Herbarium Mycologicum, Academia, Sinica, Beijing, China.
