徐權，男，1964年10月24日出生，1986年7月畢業於北京師範大學物理系，獲理學學士學位，2006年1月獲理學碩士學位，2009年6月，畢業於北京師範大學凝聚態物理專業，獲理學博士學位。中共黨員，自1986年以來一直從事高等教育教學和管理工作，先後任物理系主任、科研科科長、學科辦主任等職，現任大慶師範學院物電學院院長，教授，校級重點學科（凝聚態物理）帶頭人，校級重點建設實驗室（凝聚態物理實驗室）學術委員會主任。東北師範大學兼職碩士生導師。曾經主持完成黑龍江省自然基金項目1項、黑龍江省教育廳項目2項、黑龍江省新世紀高等教育教學改工程項目1項及校級重點資助項目2項。現主要從事非線性輸運及半導體量子點非線性性質的研究。幾年來共發表相關論文40餘篇，其中被SCI檢索23篇，獲大慶市第二十二屆科學技術學術成果1等獎和黑龍江省第十一屆自然科學技術學術成果2等獎，2011年獲得黑龍江省高校科技二等獎。
