徐建國,男,山西襄汾人,1971年生,博士,教授,碩士生導師,院長、食品工程專業碩士學位點負責人。擔任Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Food Chemistry、Food Control、食品科學等專業雜誌的審稿人,先後主持及參加國家級、省部級項目等9項;發表論文100餘篇;獲得省部級獎勵2項,出版教材2部,獲國家發明專利3項。
