工作經歷：
2009年4月進入世界經濟與政治研究所，主持世界能源研究基地工作。
此前，在原石油工業部總部、玉門油田、石油管理幹部學院、中國石油天然氣總公司經濟研究中心和中國石油經濟技術研究院從事研究工作26年（1983－2009年）；
其中，1995年10月到1997年2月在加拿大和美國從事訪問研究，回國後從事國際油氣戰略、國際石油公司和海外油氣投資環境等領域的研究和諮詢工作，先後主持重大研究和諮詢項目20餘項。
此前，在原石油工業部總部、玉門油田、石油管理幹部學院、中國石油天然氣總公司經濟研究中心和中國石油經濟技術研究院從事研究工作26年（1983－2009年）；
