核酸化學生物學,圍繞核酸修飾展開,主要研究內容包括:
(1) 核酸修飾對轉錄回響等生物學過程的分子機制研究;
(2) 發展針對核酸修飾的化學工具,以調控和監測核酸修飾的轉化和功能;
(3) 利用修飾核酸研究核酸結合蛋白的作用機制並發展基因調控的化學工具
