2001 年7月獲得博士學位（南京大學）。2001年9月至2002年9月法國Strasbourg 大學博士後。2002年9月至2005年8月以色列Weizmann 研究院博士後。2006年7月至2008年6月美國Maryland 大學 助理研究員。2008年7月至2010年6月美國Rochester大學助理研究員。已發表研究論文38篇（IF3.0以上25篇）
研究領域與興趣
基於多齒含氮，氧或磷配體的過渡金屬配合物的合成，表征以及套用於均相催化:1) 活性Lewis酸催化的新型反應。2）導向的C-H健的活化及其氧化。3）CO2的均相催化氫化和轉化。
