主要從事功能微/納米材料的可控制備及其在空氣集水、吸濕製冷、感測及能源轉化等方面的套用研究。近年來,在Adv. Mater.、JACS、Angew、Adv. Sci.、Nano Energy等國際知名期刊發表學術論文37篇,總引用超過2340次,h指數25。撰寫專著章節2章,申請新加坡發明專利1項,參與多項海外以及國家自然科學基金項目。研究工作被新加坡海峽時報(The Straits Times)、新加坡亞洲新聞台(CNA)、新傳媒8頻道等多家媒體專題報導。
