張衛國,男,山東人。IEEE高級會員,中國密碼學會會員。1997年9月考入西安電子科技大學,2001年7月獲學士學位,2007年3月獲博士學位,2009年被評為副教授、碩士生導師,2011年被評為博士生導師,2014年被評為教授。
