張菊亮,男,畢業於山東省曲阜師範大學,現為北京交通大學經濟管理學院教授,博士生導師。教育部物流管理與工程類專業教學指導委員會委員, 北京市運籌學會常務理事,SSCI雜誌Journal Business Logistics 區域編委,主要從事物流與供應鏈管理理論及套用研究。主持國家自然科學基金重大項目課題1項,面上項目3項(結題3項,結題後評估一項為“特優”,一項為“優”),教育部新世紀人才項目1項,教育部人文社會科學基地重大項目1項,國家博士後基金1項;參與國家自然科學基金重點項目2項,面上項目3項。共發表論文75篇,SCI檢索35篇。獲得北京市科學技術獎三等獎1次。曾先後應邀到香港科技大學香港城市大學等著名大學訪問。指導博士生3人,指導碩士研究生近30名(包括MBA,工程碩士)中國系統工程學會理事、 SSCI 雜誌Journal Business Logistics 區域編委、.中國運籌學會會員、中國管理現代化研究會會員、中國優選法統籌法與經濟數學研究會會員、國際生產與運作管理協會(POMS)會員、國家自然科學基金委管理學部評審專家、《Operations Research》,《Sciences in China》,《European Journal of Operational Research》《IEEE Transaction on Systems,Man and Cybernetics: Part A》,《Computational Optimization and Applications》,《Journal of System Sciences and Complexity》《系統工程理論與實踐》《中國管理科學》等雜誌的審稿人。
