張立人，1949年出生山東，澳大利亞技術科學與工程院院士，山東澳望德信息科技有限責任公司董事長。

張立人於1988年，獲得澳大利亞南澳大學電子工程碩士學位；1992年—1995年任澳大利亞蒙納士大學電子與計算機系統工程系高級講師；1993年獲得澳大利亞阿德萊德大學電子與計算機系統工程博士學位；1996年—2006年任新加坡南洋理工大學電機與電子工程學院副教授；2004年入選世界名人錄；2005年—2010年任澳大利亞國防系統研究院教授研究員、副首席科學家；2006年—2017年任澳大利亞南澳大學信息技術與工程學院教授；2009年—2016年任阿聯國立大學信息技術學院特聘教授；2010年當選為澳大利亞技術科學與工程院院士；2017年正式退休，返回山東濟南。

張立人長期從事超寬頻技術的研究、套用開發工作。

1949年，張立人出生山東。

1961年，隨家人由青島遷回濟南定居，就讀於濟南花園莊國小。

1982年，畢業於山東工學院電子工程專業，後留校任教。

1986年，赴澳大利亞留學。

1988年，獲得澳大利亞南澳大學電子工程碩士學位。

1992年—1995年，任澳大利亞蒙納士大學電子與計算機系統工程系高級講師。

1993年，獲得澳大利亞阿德萊德大學電子與計算機系統工程博士學位。

1996年—2006年，任新加坡南洋理工大學電機與電子工程學院副教授。

2004年，入選世界名人錄。

2005年—2010年，任澳大利亞國防系統研究院教授研究員、副首席科學家。

2006年—2017年，任澳大利亞南澳大學信息技術與工程學院教授。

2009年—2016年，任阿聯國立大學信息技術學院特聘教授。

2010年，當選為澳大利亞技術科學與工程院院士。

2017年，正式退休，返回山東濟南。

• 科研綜述

張立人長期致力於超寬頻技術套用研究，其主要研究領域為無線通信，網路安全，特種感測器，大數據建模分析，人工智慧，高端裝備技術開發與套用，信號處理，寬頻通信網路建模與分析，動態系統建模分析與自適應控制，移動通信，光纖通信，超寬頻技術與套用，雷達遙感與成像研究，無人機載雷達系統信號處理與遙感成像，稀疏貝葉斯理論套用等。
