主要研究內容

1.對矽、鍺、氮化鎵等功能性半導體納米材料的力學性能、形變機制以及由形變所引發的電學幾店說拜、光學等物多主良夜理特性的改變開展高分辨原位電子顯微鏡實驗研究,從而促進其在柔性電子、智慧型皮膚等新興智慧型電子器件中民連詢的開發和套用;
2.對金剛石、氮化硼等共價鍵晶體超硬材料在微納米尺度所表現出的超彈性行為進行原位實驗研熱蜜戒究,並對幾婆料由超大彈性所引發的料能帶結構變化進行探索,拓展其在“彈性應變工程”以及量子計算機等領域內的套用;
3.原位電鏡力學-電學/光學耦合測試平台開發,實現對納米禁祝材料進行原位電鏡下多種物理性能的耦合研究;
4.金屬、半導體等結構材料在微納米尺度下的原位電鏡疲勞失效機制研究。
