個人簡介
1995年獲套用化學專業碩士學位，1998年獲高分子材料專業博士學位；1998-2000年於日本大阪市立大學生活科學部從事博士後工作，1999年間於英國Unilever Research生物高分子實驗室做訪問學者。
現負責“多糖類生物活性大分子研究室”、“電化學聯合實驗室”工作，擔任中國腐蝕與防護學會理事，海水、工業水、生物專業委員會專業委員，Sci期刊《Food Hydrocolloids》編委。已在國內外發表學術論文六十餘篇，目前主持和參加的研究項目： 國家自然科學基金面上項目（20274025）、國家自然科學基金重大項目（10590355）及國內外企業合作項目等。
