張曉君,上海交通大學生命科學技術學院研究員。研究方向:微生物分子生態學、涉及工業廢水微生物處理過程微生物群落結構與功能分析、功能菌分離、功能基因的克隆、元基因組學、以及農業土壤環境的分子生態學、石油油藏微生物分子分析等方面的研究。

個人簡歷

1990年和1995年在蘭州大學生物系分別獲學士和碩士學位;
2002年在中科院寒區旱區環境與工程研究所獲得博士學位;
1995年-1999年,在蘭州大學生物系任教(講師);
2002年-2004年挪威農業大學(現挪威生命科學大學)化學與生物技術系博士後;
2004年-2012年上海交通大學生命學院任副教授;
2006年-2007年在法國里昂第一大學微生物生態學實驗室(UMR CNRS 5557)訪問研究。
2013年- 上海交通大學生命學院,微生物代謝國家重點實驗室 研究員
2006年起擔任中國微生物學會環境微生物專業委員會委員,上海市微生物學會環境微生物專業委員會委員。2011年起任上海市微生物學會理事,《微生物學通報》編委, PLoS ONE、Research in Microbiology等國際SCI刊物及國內多個核心期刊的審稿人。

科研成果

近幾年主要從事環境微生物生態學的研究工作。先後主持兩項國家自然科學基金項目和863重點項目子課題、上海市國際合作項目、上海市農委重點攻關項目、教育部回國留學人員啟動基金等科研項目,還承擔其它橫向課題。開展了對焦化廢水這一難降解工業廢水的微生物群落的深入研究,通過以喹啉反硝化降解反應器為模型揭示了菌群結構和特定基因組成及其變化規律;特別關注Thauera屬細菌這類重要的污染物分解菌,創建了一套分析Thauera屬細菌的方法,為研究重要降解功能菌奠定了良好基礎;在分子標識物引導的群落內關鍵菌群的分離技術方面有所創新,並分離了一批反硝化降解菌,研究了這些降解菌的特性。與挪威農業大學合作研究農田土壤系統中反硝化菌群與氮循環關係,揭示了反硝化基因表達與調控機制。還對油藏極端環境的微生物生態學開展了探索研究,提出一些獨特的觀點。在國內外刊物上發表論文60餘篇,其中SCI論文20餘篇。獲上海交通大學晨星學者、優秀教師等獎勵。現任中國微生物學會環境微生物專業委員會委員,上海市微生物學會理事。
