張晨曦，男，出生於1960年，福建省龍巖市東肖鎮溪連村人，博士，同濟大學軟體學院教授、博士生導師。

1988年畢業於國防科技大學，獲博士學位。1992年破格晉升為教授，1993年被國家教委遴選為博士生導師。
