人物經歷

2007年獲得西北大學凝聚態物理專業碩士學位,2010年獲得西安交通大學電子科學與技術專業博士學位,同年到南京郵電大學信息材料與納米技術研究院工作至今。

研究方向

主要從事有機半導體光電子器件研究。

主要貢獻

對溶液方法製備有機半導體器件和器件穩定性具有豐富的研究經驗,在有機半導體材料電學摻雜、白光有機電致發光器件、有機光電器件老化機理與穩定性改善等方面取得了一定的研究成果。

學術成績

近年來先後在J. Mater. Chem., Appl. Phys. Lett., Org. Electron., J. Appl. Phys., Appl. Phys. Express, J. Phys. D: Appl. Phys., Tetrahedron, J. Lumin., Appl. Surf. Sci.等國際SCI期刊上發表學術論文二十餘篇。研究工作分別得到了科技部973計畫,國家自然科學基金、江蘇省高校自然科學面上項目等資助。
