張傳溪

張傳溪，浙江大學教授、博士生導師，男，1960年1月出生。博士學位論文於2000年被評為全國優秀博士學位論文。兼任該校生命科學院和生物化學與分子生物學博士生導師。

人物經歷

1982年畢業於浙江農業大學植保系。

1985年在同校獲昆蟲學專業碩士學位，並留校任教。

1994-1997年在中國科學院生物化學研究所在職從事博士學位論文工作，獲理學博士學位。

1998年晉升浙江大學教授。

2001-2003年任日本學術振興會和愛媛大學CMES特別研究員。

研究方向

本實驗室主要從事昆蟲分子生物學和動物病毒分子生物學與基因工程的研究。本分子生物學實驗室研究的目標是闡明昆蟲和病毒重要基因的特性和功能及其利用。正在進行的主要研究項目和方向包括：

1．家蠶重要經濟性狀功能基因研究。國家“863”計畫。

2．昆蟲乙醯膽鹼酯酶基因及表達產物在藥效活性評價中套用。 國家重點基礎研究發展計畫（973計畫）子項目。

3．BmNPV ODV囊膜蛋白在家蠶中腸細胞上受體基因的研究。國家自然科學基金。

4．家蠶2種類型乙醯膽鹼酯酶基因的特性與生物學功能比較。國家自然科學基金。

5．以桿狀病毒為載體，以昆蟲細胞和家蠶為生物反應器，表達生產人與經濟動物藥用多肽和科學研究用蛋白；氫菌基因工程（中意國際合作項目、國內合作項目、浙江省科技廳項目；“863”探索）。

主要貢獻

先後在《Virology》、《BMC Genomics》等國內外學術刊物上發表論文100餘篇（其中SCI收錄34篇），書著有《昆蟲桿狀病毒ph、pk基因分析和人EPO基因在桿狀病毒-昆蟲系統中的表達》（高等教育出版社）等2本，參編4本。已申請國家發明專利9項，已授權4項。

入選浙江省“151人才工程”。曾被授予浙江省優秀教師稱號。美國國家自然科學基金會（NSF）評審專家、《微生物學報》和《中國病毒學》編委。
