人物經歷
1979年-1983年 中國 蘭州大學有機化學專業學士學位。
1983年-1986年 中國 蘭州大學功能高分子專業碩士學位。
1989年-1993年 加拿大 西安大略大學有機化學專業博士學位。
1993年-1998年 加拿大Apotex Inc 製藥總公司資深科學家，項目經理。
1998年-2003年美國輝瑞製藥總公司Pfizer Inc 首席科學家。
2003年-2007年美國千僖年生物製藥公司 Millennium Pharmaceuticals 研發部主任。
2007年-2012年安德瑞斯生物製藥公司Anterios Inc 研發和運營副總裁。
2012年-至今，作為科技部特聘專家和高端計畫人才成員回國。杭州芙源生物製藥有限公司、杭州美麗生物製藥有限公司及杭州美依生物科技有限公司董事長。
研究方向
致力於研究和開發最新型的生物製藥製劑技術，使注射劑變為更易接納更有效的皮膚塗抹劑，特別是對蛋白質大分子生物活性藥物的塗抹劑人體給藥途經，主要用於生物製藥、醫療器械、高端化妝品、中藥現代化、高端營養保健品、運動體育藥品等領域。
主要貢獻
在著名的國際學術雜誌上發表過專業論文43篇，獲得國際發明專利9項。在美國輝瑞製藥工作期間，張博士主持成功開發了包括西樂葆膠囊（Celebrex）在內的十幾種新藥，獲得過前美國總統喬治·布希的特別嘉獎。是中國科技部特聘外國專家，曾經作為在美華人傑出代表受到時任國家主席江澤民同志的接見，由中央領導蔡奇從美國引進回國創業。
