廖曉峰,男,1964年10月出生,重慶人,教授,博士生導師,教育部長江特聘教授,新世紀百千萬國家級人才,全國優秀博士後,教育部新世紀優秀人才,享受國務院政府特殊津貼的專家,重慶市" 322 "人才工程一層次人才,重慶市學術技術帶頭人, IEEE Senior Member 。獲2003年度教育部提名國家自然科學二等獎(第一獲獎人),2003年度重慶市自然科學三等獎(第一獲獎人);為教育部新世紀優秀人才計畫獲得者;是2001年享受國務院政府特殊津貼的專家及重慶市高校中青年優秀骨幹教師。

人物經歷

1986 年和1992年分別在四川大學數學系獲計算數學專業學士和碩士學位,1997年在電子科技大學電子工程學院獲電路與系統專業博士學位。
1986年7月至1989年9月在四川大學任助教, 1992年7月至 1999年4月在電子科技大學任講師、副教授、教授, 1999年至2012年7月在重慶大學任教授、副院長,常務副院長。
2012年7月至2018年7月任西南大學電子信息學院院長,非線性電路與智慧型信息處理重慶市重點實驗室主任。先後在香港中文大學、香港城市大學、日本腦科學研究所、英國的 Warwick 大學以及美國的大學等做訪問教授。
2018年7月任重慶大學計算機學院院長。
教育部長江學者特聘教授,新世紀百千萬國家級人才,全國優秀博士後,教育部新世紀優秀人才,享受國務院政府特殊津貼的專家,重慶市“322”人才工程一層次人才,重慶市學術技術帶頭人,IEEE Senior Member。

研究成果

主持國家自然科學基金項目4項(1項在研,其餘3項均以“優秀”結題)、教育部新世紀優秀人才資助項目1項、重慶市自然科學基金重點項目1項、其它省部級科研項目5項。
以第一排名獲得教育部和重慶市自然科學二等獎4項、三等獎1項、科技進步獎1項,獲得國家發明專利4項。
出版專著3部,SCI檢索論文百餘篇,到2011年止其H因子為32。
已經培養博士畢業生30餘名,其中1篇獲得全國百篇優秀博士論文提名獎,4篇博士論文獲得重慶市優秀博士論文,5人獲教育部新世紀優秀人才計畫資助,1人獲重慶市傑出青年基金資助。
廖曉峰教授長期工作在科研、教學第一線,基礎理論紮實,學術思想活躍,教學工作兢兢業業,經過10餘年的奮鬥,形成了一支以他為學術帶頭人的研究團隊,在計算智慧型理論和套用、混沌密碼及其在信息安全中的套用等研究領域獲得了豐碩的成果。
近年來,在國內外一流刊物上發表論文百餘篇,受到國內外同行的一致好評。其中2001年和2002年在IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems-I(國際電子與電氣工程師協會-電路與系統會刊)發表的兩篇論文“Novel Robust Stability Criteria for Interval Delayed Hopfield Neural Networks”(區間時滯霍普費爾德神經網路的新穎的魯棒穩定性準則)和 “LMI-based Approach for Asymptotically Stability Analysis of Delayed Neural Networks”(基於線性矩陣不等式的時滯神經網路的漸近穩定性分析),被列為該刊物從1991年到2005年期間高引用論文。
在國際刊物International Journal of Bifurcation and Chaos(分岔與混沌國際雜誌)發表的論文“Novel Stability Conditions for Cellular Neural Networks with Time Delay”(帶時滯細胞神經網路的新的穩定性條件)被《科學觀察》列為2001-2005中國科學家在國際數學領域內發表的十篇有影響論文之一。
截至目前,發表論文已被SCI收錄200篇次,SCI他引3600多次。
廖曉峰教授研究成果的主要創新點是:
1)在國際上率先提出了時滯雙向聯想記憶神經網路模型,該模型在模式識別和自動控制等得到了廣泛的套用;
2)在國際上率先提出了時滯區間神經網路,並從理論上詳細研究了該系統的全局魯棒穩定性;
3)有機地將Lyapunov泛函和線性矩陣不等式相結合,為時滯神經網路的穩定性的研究提供了新的有效的方法;
4)研究了時滯神經網路的Hopf分岔和余維-2分岔,發現了一個新的混沌神經系統;
5)提出了複數值函式和遞歸神經網路,並套用於複數值通信信道的識別等中;
6)提出了各種混沌加密系統並成功地套用於信息隱藏、數字水印等領域。
