人物經歷

2010年于山東大學材料科學與工程學院獲得學士學位,並保送進入北京大學材料科學與工程系。
2015年獲得博士學位。博士期間獲得北京大學優秀畢業生,北京大學創新獎,北京大學優秀博士論文等獎勵。之後在美國愛荷華州立大學(2015-2017年)和普渡大學(2017-2020年)進行博士後研究。
2020年10月全職加入西湖大學工學院。

研究方向

師恩政博士課題組主要從事低維材料的合成以及在功能器件的套用。現階段的主要研究方向為新型二維鹵素鈣鈦礦材料、異質結構的製備,以及在太陽能電池、鐵電半導體、熱電器件中的套用;一維納米材料(如碳納米管)的化學氣相沉積合成、組裝和操控;納米電極在電晶體小型化中的探索。師恩政博士曾以第一作者或通訊作者在Nature, Nature Nanotechnology, Nature Communications, Advanced Materials, Chemical Society Reviews, ACS Nano等期刊發表多篇論文。
