崔繼峰，男， 陝西省榆林市人，博士，副教授，博士生導師。現就職於內蒙古工業大學理學院數學系。
2011年至2015年，就讀於上海交通大學船舶海洋與建築工程學院，獲得工學博士學位；2014年7月至2014年9月，在廣西北海市水利局掛職局長助理。
