人物經歷

1999年9月-2009年9月 南開大學微電子與固體電子學專業 本科+博士。
2007年9月-2008年9月 德國Marburg大學物理系 訪問博士。
2009年7月 至今 南開大學子系任教.。

主講課程

講授課程: 本科生課程 "感測器原理及測量電路"。

研究方向

研究方向:“微/納感測器及其集成化與智慧型化系統”,包括如下內容:
(1) 納米感測器及其集成系統研究:
通過物理與化學方法的結合,基於各種納米材料特殊的光學與電學性質研製出新型納米感測器。主要研究其感測機理、最佳化感測結構、完善製作工藝、開展多通道生化感測套用。
(2) 半導體感測器及其集成系統研究:
基於微電子技術與IC設計,研究以MIS結構為主要平台的各種半導體微/納米感測器(如ISFET等)及其集成系統,包括器件模型仿真、製作工藝最佳化、相關電路設計、與納米材料結合的低功耗生化感測套用等。
(3) 低功耗、攜帶型、智慧型感測平台:
將感測器測量電路、單片機、通訊電路(BLE/NB-IOT等)、電源控制等可復用模組構成低功耗、攜帶型、智慧型硬體平台。可與手機直接完成通訊,可通過APP進行數據處理與複雜控制。通過集成不同的低功耗感測器,可完成水質監測、停車位控制、塑膠分選、人體健康監測等多種物聯網套用。
(4) 多感測器集成的硬體系統研究:
可完成多點多參數感測信號採集與處理的硬體系統。包括多種感測器的集成硬體系統用於多感測參數的實時測量;微/納感測器與各種光學儀器(如顯微鏡等)聯動研製成高集成度的生化感測檢測設備;通過改造手機自帶的多種感測器來實現集成化和微型化的生化感測器等。
(5) 多感測信號處理的軟體系統研究:
基於人工智慧算法來完成多感測信號特徵提取、數據融合、信息預測等智慧型功能的軟體系統。
(6) 生物晶片研究:
基於MEMS工藝、微電子技術及印刷電子技術,研製出新型的微流控晶片。將微流控晶片與微/納生化感測器結合構成集成化的生物晶片。
