尹學鋒

尹學鋒,男,1973年3月生,工學博士,教授,博士生導師, 同濟大學電信學院副院長。1995年畢業於華中科技大學光電子工程系, 1996-2000年在杭州摩托羅拉移動系統公司任系統工程師,2002年于丹麥奧爾堡(Aalborg)大學通信系獲數字通信專業工學碩士學位,2006年於丹麥奧爾堡大學通信系獲無線通信專業工學博士學位,同年進入丹麥奧爾堡大學電子系統學院任助理教授,2008年進入同濟大學電子與信息工程學院,2010年任電子科學與技術系副系主任,2016年3月任電信學院副院長。研究興趣包括電波傳播信道特徵研究、高精度參數估計、雷達與無線感知、基於人工智慧的特徵學習與識別。

個人簡介

尹學鋒,男,工學博士,教授,博士生導師, 同濟大學電信學院副院長。1995年畢業於華中科技大學光電子工程系, 1996-2000年在杭州摩托羅拉移動系統公司任系統工程師,2002年于丹麥奧爾堡(Aalborg)大學通信系獲數字通信專業工學碩士學位,2006年于丹麥奧爾堡大學通信系獲無線通信專業工學博士學位,同年進入丹麥奧爾堡大學電子系統學院任助理教授,2008年進入同濟大學電子與信息工程學院,2010年任電子科學與技術系副系主任,2016年3月任電信學院副院長。研究興趣包括電波傳播信道特徵研究、高精度參數估計、雷達與無線感知、基於人工智慧的特徵學習與識別。
自2002年來尹學鋒教授專注無線電波傳播信道特徵研究,在寬頻信道測量、高精度參數估計、參數化統計模型構建等方面取得了具有國際影響力的科研成果,奠定了其在相關領域中的學術地位。其創新成果主要包括:(1)作為空間疊代期望最大化(SAGE)算法聯合創始人,對該算法在信道特徵提取中的套用進行了重要的拓展,獨立創建了信道功率譜估計算法、多維度(方向-時延-都卜勒-極化)信道參數聯合估計算法、動態信道分子濾波多徑提取算法、欠採樣滑動相關信道參數提取算法等;(2)首創被動測量技術,利用UMTS、LTE等商用網路,在高鐵、捷運、城區中進行大範圍信道特徵採集,通過多徑提取建立了重要的寬頻統計信道模型;(3)針對5G信道空間掃描測量方案,提出高精度信道參數萃取、檢簇理論與算法,得到學術和工業界廣泛認可;(4)在長期信道研究中構建了一系列統計模型,其中多鏈路、15GHz信道模型已成為ITU國際標準。迄今發表了近百篇與信道特徵相關的論文,出版了英文著作《Propagation Channel Characterization, Parameter Estimation, and Modeling for Wireless Communications》,由John Wiley&Sons, IEEE出版社於2016年發行,已授權的PCT國際專利8項,中國專利2項。

教學成果

現承擔多門全英文本科與研究生課程的教授工作,其負責的《電磁場與電磁波》本科課程於2013獲批上海高校示範性全英語課程建設項目,2016年獲得上海市示範性課程稱號;他於2013年獲同濟大學青年教師講課競賽和外語授課專業課程競賽一等獎,於2013年獲同濟大學育才教育獎勵金二等獎。

科研項目

自2011年至今,尹學鋒作為負責人共承擔了28個科研項目,其中包括國家項目2項,分別是2015-2019的國家自然基金面上項目-“第五代移動通信系統傳播信道測量、特徵提取與建模方法研究”, 2016-2017的國家科技重大專項二級課題,“5G Ka波段和高低頻段協同試驗系統研發”,主持省部級項目3項,主持科技部港澳台合作專項子課題1項(北大牽頭),北交大國家重點實驗室開放基金項目1項,主持國際合作項目7項,合作方為韓國國立電子與電信研究所,英國東芝研發中心;主持橫向企業研發項目13項,其中包含華為公司資助項目12項。近年來尹學鋒主持了如下的科研項目:
