用nrDNA ITS序列探討小麥族含StH基因組物種的系統發育

項目摘要

禾本科小麥族中,含StH基因組組成的植物表現出不同的形態特徵。一些重要的形態性狀,如穎、外稃、每穗軸節著生小穗數等均存在明顯差別。含相同StH基因組的物種具有不同的地理分布和生境,在分類上常被組合到不同的屬中。為探討含StH基因組小麥族植物物種之間的親緣關係及StH基因組變異和分化,本研究通過形態特徵和地理分布比較、種間雜交及繁育資料、細胞學和細胞遺傳學、基因組原位雜交和分子生物學等手段探討:(1)StH基因組的遺傳變異及其分化;(2)StH基因組物種的二倍體供體及母本來源;(3)地理隔離對StH基因組分化的作用。為小麥族StH基因組的遺傳多樣性、植物多倍體的起源與演化研究、以及遺傳資源保護和利用提供理論依據。
