寂靜之聲(1967年美國電影《畢業生》主題歌)

《寂靜之聲》（The Sound of Silence）是Paul Simon和Garfunkel合作的一首歌曲，收錄在1964年10月19日錄製的專輯《Wednesday Morning》中。

創作背景

1964年，Paul Simon移居歐洲後，開始在巴黎和英國倫敦各種民間俱爾部中演出。返回紐約後，他與CBS的唱片公司簽約，製作人為Tom Wilson，並且重新與他的老搭檔Garfunkel合作。他們在1964年錄製的專輯《Wednesday Morning》，其中包括歌曲《The Sound Of Silence》的銷量不是很好，使得Simon返回倫敦。

1967年，Paul Simon和Garfunkel有一個重要的計畫是為電影《畢業生》擔任音樂製作，在1968年哥倫比亞唱片公司發行的電影原聲唱片中，人們聽到了《寂靜之聲》。

歌曲鑑賞

《寂靜之聲》旋律飄緩低迷，歌詞充滿了一種幻覺般的意境。細細聽來，仿佛在訴說著年輕的無助。眼前似乎看到一個懵懂無知的女孩，獨自一人行走在鋪著鵝卵石的狹窄、清冷的小巷裡，喧囂的人群在她身後漸漸遠去，前面是沒有盡頭的黑夜，歌曲如果說是屬於民謠的話似乎太深邃，如果說隨著強勁的樂曲而震盪的節奏是搖滾的話，卻又太細膩，音樂上它複雜而迷離。
