宋春青,河北石家莊人,博士研究生,現為西湖大學生命科學學院教師。

宋春青實驗室今後的研究方向主要包括:1)發現及鑑定新的肝癌驅動因子及其機制研究;2)運用CRISPR/Cas9基因編輯技術高效快速建立小鼠肝癌疾病模型,進而研究肝癌發病機理和鑑定潛在的藥物靶點;3)運用CRISPR/Cas9基因編輯技術糾正人體肝內的遺傳突變,進而服務人類遺傳病治療。期望本實驗室的研究能夠加速肝癌的早期標記物及藥物靶點的發現,並拓寬我們對肝癌發病機理的理解和認識。

個人簡介

2014年於北京生命科學研究所/中國農業大重永恥學獲得博士學位,博士期間的研究方向為線粒體蛋白組學和生物體衰老多和企講的機制研究。
2015年3月至2019年9月在麻省連悼大學醫學院漏戰道漿RNA治療研究所進行博士後研究,研究肝癌發生的分鑽店滲子機制和利用基因編輯技術糾正基因突變相關棄達鞏的遺傳病。
2019年匪糠刪10月全職加入西湖大學任特聘研究員。
