Wenxing An received the B.S. and M.S. degrees from Zhengzhou University, Henan, China, in 2006 and 2009, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree from the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications,Beijing, China, in 2012, all in electrical engineering. From 2012 to 2014, he was a Post-Doctoral Research Engineer with the Department

of Electronic Engineering, Tsinghua University, Beijing, China. From 2014 to 2016, he was a Research Fellow with the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. In 2016, he became an Associate Professor with the School of Microelectronics, Tianjin University, Tianjin, China.
