安威，男，河北省靈壽縣人，1961年2月生於遼寧省瀋陽市。現任首都醫科大學細胞生物系主任，博士生導師，研究員。1978年10月考入中國醫科大學英文醫學班。1984年畢業後考取北京醫科大學病理生理學專業碩士研究生，1987年畢業獲碩士學位；同年考入大連醫科大學生理系攻讀博士學位，1990年畢業獲醫學博士學位；同年六月獲德國DAAD獎學金，留學德國從事博士後研究；1993年3月回國，6月調入首都醫科大學實驗中心任副研究員；1996年3月獲西班牙科教部獎學金，在西班牙最高科研理事會分子醫學研究所工作1年6個月。2000年晉升為研究員，次年被聘為博士生導師。回國後堅持一線教學和科研，年均完成教學100學時，系統承擔本科生教學工作和研究生課程的主講任務。自1994年起，先後指導16名研究生，13名已畢業，其中6人在美、英、德等國攻讀博士學位（博士後工作）。先後主持包括四項《國家自然科學基金》在內的各類基金（課題）13項，共獲資助140萬元。在國內外有影響的學術雜誌發表論文42篇，其中SCI收錄8篇，累積影響因子36。主編（參編）教材4部。2000年和2002年分獲“北京市科技進步獎”三等獎各一項。1993年首批入選“北京市科技新星計畫”；1997年獲“北京市高校優秀青年學科帶頭人”稱號；2002年獲“國務院政府特殊津貼”。
