由安利佳教授為負責人完成的“一種植物分子育種新技術的建立與套用”項目鑑定會，於2004年12月19日通過了遼寧省科技廳科技成果鑑定，達到了國際領先水平。
所主持的遼寧省科技廳項目“基因工程關鍵技術”和大連市科技局項目“無載體、無標記基因植物轉基因技術”於2004年4月6日通過了遼寧省科技廳科技成果驗收和大連市科技局科技成果鑑定，達到了國際先進水平。
